Description:

ADEMETIONINE for injection is a sterile, injectable powder, contains 500 mg ademetionine as ademetionine butanedisulfonate per vial. This sterile powder is made up into a solution for injection.
PRESENTATIONS-COMPOSITION
ADEMETIONINE 500mg I.M/I.V: Box of 5 vials + 5 ampoules of solvent
Vial: Ademetionine butanedisulfonate equivalent to 500 mg Ademetionine.
Ampoule of solvent: 5ml L-Lysine injection.

INDICATIONS
ADEMETIONINE is suitable for:
(1) Intrahepatic cholestasis caused by liver fibrosis and liver injury;
(2) Intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy.
ADEMETIONINE has been found to be as effective as pharmaceutical treatments for
arthritis and major depression as well.

Dosages:

Our medicine will be given to you by injection into a vein (intravenous) or by injection into a muscle (intramuscular). When given by intravenous, the speed should be very slow. Your doctor will decide how much you need each day and how often the injections should be given.
The usual dose is:
Initial treatment: Use ademetionine butanedisulfonate for Injection 500mg, 500-1000mg a day, muscle or intravenous injection, a total of 2 weeks. Intravenous must be very slow.
Maintenance treatment: Use ademetionine butanedisulfonate enteric-coated tablets, 1000-2000 mg a day, oral.

Storage:

Store in a dry place , below 25°C.
After reconstitution: Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Do not use after the expiry date shown.
